Camp wildlife--western gray squirrel

Sometimes words aren't needed.
But when our squirrel found his prize...
and lingered to eat it...
a voice then arose--"you mean you're taking pictures of it, not shooing it away?"

  1. They are annoying when they eat all the bird food in the feeder....however they actually are quite entertaining seeing at what lengths they will go through to get what they are focused on. Beautiful shots.

  2. Squirrels can certainly be rascals but I enjoy their determination and energy.

This squirrel was twice the size of our gray squirrel in TN and was beautiful--gray with uniform patches of white, white underneath with a fluffy, beautiful tail. He was really striking.
